A parent or legal guardian is not present to consent at the appointment of an under 16 you will be turned away.
There is a 15 min wavier when it comes to lateness. If you are more than 15 mins we will have to re-book due to other clients that are booked in after you.

All clients attending must bring photographic ID to your appointment. If you are under the age of 16 & are attending with a parent there is a additional form for them to fill out on the appointment. You will also be photographic ID - Such as a passport etc.

I don't not use any external threaded jewellery as the quality isn't up to standard of what's being sold. Though if it has been done initianally by another studio & something is wrong I am more than happy to swap the piece out for something better quality i.e Internally threaded Jewellery, Threadless, Titanium & 12ct-18ct Gold
If loss of jewellery occurs we aren't liable. It is the clients responsibility to make sure all jewellery is checked & tight! If you wanted to book any appointments for us to check jewellery security then we can do so. Loss of Jewellery will not be refunded or replaced.

This faulty items are very rare when it comes to wholesalers I stock, with repairs it will be down to the particular manufactures as each policy is different but it can be sorted.
Delivery charges for repairs are to be paid by the customer.
